🔁 Cancellations

  • Allowed only if requested immediately after placing the order

  • Not applicable once shipped or forwarded to vendor

  • Perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) cannot be cancelled

📦 Returns

  • Accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Must be reported within 4 hours of delivery

  • Submit uncut unboxing video showing unopened package and item condition

  • Packaging must be intact; transit damage is not covered

💸 Refunds

  • All sales are final unless eligible for return

  • Approved refunds incur 10% restocking fee

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping and return charges will be deducted for undelivered packages

🚚 Shipping Liability

  • Standard shipping (₹80/₹140) is not insured

  • TCGHub is not liable for courier mishandling or transit damage
