Cancellations
- Allowed only if requested immediately (within 2 mins) after placing the order (excluding the taxes & applicable charges).
- Not applicable once shipped or forwarded to vendor
- Perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) cannot be cancelled
Returns
- Accepted only for damaged or incorrect items (after verification of the submitted evidence)
- Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
- Submit uncut unboxing video showing unopened package and item condition
- Packaging must be intact; transit damage is not covered
Refunds
- All sales are final unless eligible for return
- Approved refunds incur 10% restocking fee
- Refunds processed within 3–7 business days
- Shipping and return charges will be deducted for undelivered packages
Product Condition
- Sealed boxes may have minor wear & tears—scratches, dents
- Mint condition available only upon prior image request
Shipping Liability
- Standard shipping is not insured
- TheGeekTrainer is not liable for courier mishandling or transit damage
- Optional insurance available upon request before ordering
